DUOLOGUE SEMIFINALS & FINALS 2022
Hosted by Colegio Everest on October 13th
What a delightful morning we had, with all our amazing students, their hard working teachers and loudly supportive parents (though very respectful with other participants)!
Duologues came back after many years of not being offered and thanks to the enthusiasm and effort of all involved it was a compete success. Special thanks must be given to María José Hepp and her team at Colegio Everest who through it all, hiccups included, provided the best support we could have wished for this hybrid (online & in person) event.
Students participated from the following schools: Campvs College, Cumbres, Everest, La Maisonnette, Orchard College, Patricio Lynch, Saint Peter’s, The Wessex School & Villa María Academy.
We had two heats for each grade (1st and 2nd grade), the first four scores for the semifinals went on to our finals where they had to recite their duologue for the second time that day. After some nerve-wracking moments for some and the effort of all these were our 4 finalists for each grade in their corresponding order:

Honourable Mention: Juan José Lago & Margarita Frías from Orchard College.
3rd Place: Dominga Florenzano & Ignacia del Rosario Urzúa from Villa María Academy.
2nd Place: María Sahli & Ángela Schultz from Colegio Cumbres.
1st Place: Jacinta Barreda & Blanca Sironvalle from Villa María Academy.
