Public Speaking Competition Award Ceremony and Winner’s Workshop 2021

Despite the pandemic, this year’s Public-Speaking Competition was an amazing event with a level of competence which presented a real challenge for our final’s judges, including Louise De Souza, HR British Ambassador; Kathleen Hutter, Director of the British Council; and Amaro Gómez-Pablos who also delivered the afternoon Keynote Speech.

We were extremely grateful to the support of the British Embassy and the staff at the Ambassador’s Residence for their generous and warm welcome, and to the Instituto Chileno Británico de Cultura, Books & Bits and Mindbuilder for their sponsorship.

Special thanks are due to Jane Chambers for her workshop for all the finalist which was offered at the Residence during the afternoon.
